At Olivia Planners, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds. To ensure our organizational tools / planners meet your requirements, we recommend reviewing our product descriptions and layout previews carefully before placing your order, as confirmed orders cannot be modified. We offer exchanges exclusively for specific product-related concerns to ensure you have the best tools for your journey.

- We are committed to delivering high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. As each planner and accessory is carefully prepared and packaged, we do not accept returns or cancellations once an order is confirmed.
- To help you choose the right organizational tool, we strongly encourage you to refer to our detailed product descriptions and internal layout images before making a purchase. In case you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or significant issue, we offer an exchange option subject to availability.
- Please note that exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unmarked, and in its original condition with all tags, labels, and original packaging (including pens and stickers if applicable) intact.
- To initiate an exchange, the customer must email us at info@oliviaplanners.com . The email must include:
- Clear images of the product.
- Your Order ID or the confirmation email received when placing the order.
- An image of the shipping label attached to the package. This information is required for us to start the process of review and exchange.
- Olivia Planners reserves the right to approve or decline exchange requests based on the product condition and eligibility criteria.
- In case a requested exchange item is not available, we will provide a coupon code of the same value, allowing you to shop for another product of your choice from Olivia Planners.
- Olivia Planners is a product of Olivia Retailers (All Rights Passed on to Olivia Retailers & Reserved By Olivia Retailers).
- Your purchase or order placed from Olivia Planners (oliviaplanners.com) is the sub-product of Olivia Retailers (All Rights Passed on to Olivia Retailers & Reserved By Olivia Retailers).
- Any Exchange or Coupon, if offered, will be valid exclusively for the sub-products of Olivia Retailers present on Olivia Planners (oliviaplanners.com). All Rights Passed on to Olivia Retailers & Reserved By Olivia Retailers.
